The following terms and conditions apply to this promotion / special offer:
- Special offer is only valid from 02 May 2022 until 31 August 2022, this includes booking and accommodation.
- No caravan, tent or camping equipment provided as part of the special offer.
- This offer excludes travelling costs to and from the property.
- Rates are inclusive of statutory VAT and 1% TOMSA levy.
- Minimum night's stay applicable during weekends and long weekends.
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- Offers apply to new bookings only.
- Cannot be used to extend bookings.
- This special is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Maximum of eight people and one vehicle per stand, Additional vehicles will be charged.
- No additional offers, discounts or vouchers can be used in conjunction to this special.
- The guest will be required to sign the registration card on arrival and he/she agrees to the Terms & Conditions of residence and will be personally liable for all amounts arising from the residence of him/herself and / or his/her party.
- All necessary COVID-19 protocols to be adhered to when entering any public area at the resort.
- The Forever property cannot refund guests when checking out early due to unfavourable weather or any other reason. Special circumstances can be addressed with general manager.
- Badplaas, A Forever Resort reserves their right to admission.
- No pets are allowed - with the exception of guide dogs.
- Any extras are for your own account.
