    General Information

    • This reservation request IS NOT CONFIRMED - it will only be complete once a reservationist has contacted you.
    • The full amount must be paid within 72 hours after reservation has been made.
    • Only credit cards and bank transfers will be accepted.
    • Rates include 14% VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
    • RSA Senior Citizens: Persons from 55 years of age: special rates, subject to availability.
    • Check-in time 15h00.
    • Check-out 11h00.
    • Ferever Resorts will not be held responsible for the loss of any personal possessions, money or any other valuables at our Resorts.
    • Children under 3 years old are not allowed in the Hydro Spas.
    • NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

    Cancellation Conditions:

    • Twenty one (21) days and less before check-in date, the full amount will be forfeited.
    • Forty (40) to twenty two (22) days before check-in date, 25% will be forfeited.
    • Forty one (41) days and more before check-in date 15% will be forfeited.
    • In cases of illness or from time to time the Resort may request a medical certificate to consider a refund.
    • When the full amount is refundable a 25% administration fee will be charged with a minimum of R100-00.
    • All applications for refunds (original documents) to be addressed to the RELEVANT Resort.
    • Deposits can be transferred to future bookings to avoid forfeiture.
