MAD Sharp timeline

In 2003 Forever Resorts launched a campaign to “put the heart back into the business” with the name M.A.D. (Making A Difference).  The M.A.D Campaign is intended to be a source of information, communication, interaction and fun.  We started M.A.D to assist with the transformation process from Aventura to Forever Resorts and to address any other transformational changes within the company.

M.A.D RE-ENERGISE IN 2009

The M.A.D process was started successfully in 2003 and contributed positively towards creating a positive company culture and, by addressing soft issues, contributed to the bottom-line of the company.

In 2008/9 a need was recognised to RE-ENERGISE the process and to introduce a National focus on improving service standards by using the 2010 FIFA world Cup as the driving force.

THE M.A.D ROADSHOW

The purpose of the road show was to introduce the staff to the new NATIONAL FOCUS as to improve service delivery and to explain the new SHARP Principals.
